摘　　要：作为国际智力回流的主体,海外留学归国人员是一国技术进步的重要力量,而一国金融市场发展水平是影响其国内海归技术溢出状况的重要因素。本文以1985年～2008年国家层面数据的实证研究表明:中国金融市场对海归技术溢出的积极作用开始显现,但是由于我国金融市场发展水平不高,金融市场体系不尽完善,不能为海归技术溢出效应的充分发挥提供有效的金融支持。As the main part of international intellectual return, overseas returnees are an important force for their home countries＇ technological progress and the development of a country＇ s financial market is an important factor influencing the technology spillovers of returnees. The empirical research with the national data of 1985 - 2008 indicates that the positive effect of Chinese financial market on the technology spillovers of returnees has begun to show, but because of the low level of China＇ s financial market development and the imperfect financial market system, China can not provide effective financial support for enhancing the degree of returnees＇ technology spillovers.
