摘　　要：文章结合当前我国医疗服务市场的现状,梳理现代医院交易成本的研究文献,从交易费用理论的视角,界定了医院交易成本的涵义及其构成,分析了医院交易成本的内在机理,得出了医院交易成本经济分析的结论与我国当前医院面临的现状的一致性,在此基础上,提出了相应的政策建议。According to the current status quo in our medical services market; the literature on the hospital transaction-costs study is summarized. From the transaction-costs theory perspective, the ingredient of hospital transaction-costs is defined, the inside mechanism of hospital transaction-costs explicated. At last, it is concluded that hospital transmission cost economic analysis is in accordance with the hospital consistency. So corresponding policies are proposed.
