摘  要:综合分析陶瓷材料摩擦磨损的机制和影响摩擦磨损的各种因素,如表面加工状况、载荷、速度、时间、温度、润滑等。介绍几种陶瓷材料摩擦磨损程度的评定方法,如用量纲一化参数(最大赫兹接触压力、最大表面粗糙度和断裂韧性的函数Sc,硬度、最大表面粗糙度和断裂韧性的函数S*)大小评价磨损程度,用磨损表面的粗糙度Ry与平均粒径Dg的比值评价陶瓷材料磨损程度,用磨损率评价陶瓷材料磨损程度等。以期指导人们进一步认识陶瓷摩擦磨损的本质规律,有目的地调整材料的性能以提高其耐磨性。The wear mechanism of the ceramic materials, and the influence factors that lead to the friction and wear, such as the surface condition, load, speed, time, temperature, lubrication and so on, were discussed. Several evaluation methods to the wear degree of ceramic materials were introduced, for example, determining the wear degree with the zero di- mension parameter( the function of maximum Hertzian contact pressure, the maximum surface roughness and fracture tough- ness So, the function of the hardness, maximum surface roughness and fracture toughness S" ), determining the wear degree of ceramic material with the ratio of surface roughness ( Ry ) and average grain size ( Dg ), or determining the wear degree with rate of wear and so on. This essay is to guide people' s further understanding of the essential rule of ceramic friction and wear mechanism, so they are able to make better arrangement with the character of the material in order to improve its friction and wear properties.
