摘　　要：研制一种用于丙烷冷冻机组的聚醚合成油。评价结果表明,该聚醚合成油具有高的黏度指数,优良的热氧化安定性、润滑性能及泡沫性能。在天然气厂丙烷冷冻机组上的应用结果表明,使用该聚醚合成油时,设备运行参数稳定,长期跟踪分析油液黏度稳定,润滑效果良好,满足制冷设备润滑要求。A PAG oil for propane refrigerator was developed. The evaluation shows that PAG refrigerator oil has ultra- high viscosity index, good thermal stability, excellent lubrication, and good antifoam performance. When the PAG oil was applied to the propane refrigeration units at natural gas plant, refrigeration system run stably. The viscosity of the running oil maintained steady and the lubrication was very excellent during long-term monitoring. These results indicated that the requirements of propane refrigerator were met by the PAG refrigerator oil.
