摘　　要：介绍了在传统的棉纺设备上,通过对设备与工艺的改进与探索,尤其是对亚麻原料经焖包养生预处理后,成功开发生产出高比例棉和麻混纺细特紧密纱的过程,介绍了纺纱各工序的工艺参数和技术措施。产品集中体现了棉、麻纤维的优良性能,穿着舒适性得到极大提高。This paper describes the successful procedure in development of high blending ratio of cotton/linen blended fine tex compact spun yarn on traditional cotton spinning frame through the exploration and improvement of the equipment and technology, especially of the regiment pretreatment of linen raw materials stew. Parameters and technical measures in various spinning processes are described in this paper. The made product is of good performances of both cotton and linen, greatly improved the comfort properties.
