摘　　要：380T消光尼丝纺面料质地坚牢,撕破强度高,耐磨性能好,是制做羽绒服的上好面料。介绍了380T消光尼丝纺面料的产品规格、生产流程及织造生产工艺。通过采取合理的工艺措施,使该织物品质检验合格率达到85%,其外观和手感俱佳,达到了预期效果。380T high-dencity dull nylon taffeta is of durable quality with high breaking strength and good durability and is an ideal face fabric to make down garment. The specifications of 380T high-dencity dull nylon taffeta, its production process flow and weaving technology on Tsudakoma series equipments are discussed. By using reasonable technology, the qualified fabric product reached to 85% , showing softer handle and light texture.
