摘　　要：探讨了Lyocell纤维的结构及特性,利用国产传统纺纱设备,通过优选纺纱工艺参数、各工序技术改进和纺纱专用器材选用,成功纺制出了Lyocell 13.8 tex强捻纱,成纱质量达到乌斯特2010公报5%～15%的水平,满足了新品种开发的设计要求。Discussed the Lyocell fiber structure and characters and its spinning on traditional domestic spinning equipment. Through optimizing its spinning process parameters and improving each working procedure and spinning apparatus, L13.8tex strong twist yarn is successfully made with the formed yarn quality reached to 5% - 15% level of Uster 2010 communique, meeting the design requirements of the development of new varieties.
