莉芙敏与中药改善卵巢去势症状的平行对照研究

摘　　要：目的观察莉芙敏与中药治疗妇科肿瘤患者经手术或放化疗治疗后出现卵巢去势症状的临床疗效。方法收集就诊于辽宁省肿瘤医院及辽宁中医药大学附属医院妇科门诊的卵巢去势患者共53例,随机分为2组。莉芙敏组(35例)用莉芙敏治疗,中药组(18例)予中药汤剂治疗,在治疗前和治疗后4、8、12周观察2组患者的症状表现,行Kupperman评分(包括13个单项及总分)。运用重复测量方差分析分别对2组治疗前后13个单项评分及总评分进行比较,同时对2组的Kupperman总分进行组间比较;并比较2组的不良反应发生率。结果莉芙敏组和中药组治疗后各有11个单项指标评分低于治疗前(P<0.05),2组的Kupperman总分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),2组间Kupperman总分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),莉芙敏组与中药组不良反应情况相同(P>0.05)。结论莉芙敏与中药均能够有效改善妇科肿瘤患者治疗后出现的卵巢去势症状,有较好的安全性。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Remifemi and Chinese traditional medicine treatment on ovariectomized symptoms in patients with gynecologic tumor after surgery or chemotherapy. Methods Total of 53 ovariectomized patients in Liaoning Provincial Tumor Hospital and Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected and randomly divided into two groups. Remifemi group （35 cases） was treated by Remifemi, and Chinese herbs group （18 cases） was treated by Chinese herbs decoction. Symptoms and Kupperman scores （including 13 single items and total score） of two groups were observed before treatment and treated for 4, 8, 12 weeks. Comparison of 13 single items score and total score before and after treatment between the two groups was analyzed by repeated measures analysis of variance, at the same time Kupperman total score and side effects of the two groups were compared. Results There were 11 single item scores were lowered in both Remifemi and Chinese herbs groups after treatment （P〈0.05）. Kupperman total score of both groups were lower than that before the treatment （P〈0.05）, and with no difference between the two groups （P〉0.05）. The side effects of Remifemi group were similar with Chinese herbs group （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Remifemi and Chinese herbs can effectively improve ovariectomized symptoms in patients with gynecologic tumor, and has good safety.
