摘　　要：目的建立艾芩止咳颗粒中盐酸麻黄碱的高效液相含量测定方法。方法采用Diamonsil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-0.025 mol/L磷酸溶液(10∶90)为流动相,流速为1 mL/min,检测波长为210 nm,柱温30℃。结果盐酸麻黄碱含量测定的线性范围为0.13～0.77μg(r=0.99992),精密度试验RSD=0.11%。平均加样回收率为97.87%,RSD=1.68%。结论本方法快速、简便、准确、重复性较好,结果可靠,可为艾芩止咳颗粒的质量评价提供有效手段。Objective To estalish a method for the determination of ephedrine hydrocholoride in Aiqin Zhike Granules. Methods Diamonsil C18 （4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 ？m） column in an oven at 30 ℃ was need, with a mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-0.025 mol/L phosphoric acid （10∶90） and a UV detector at 210 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results The linear ranges of ephedrine hydrocholoride was 0.13-0.77 ？g （r=0.999 92）. The RSD of measurement precision test was 0.11%. The average recovery was 97.87% （RSD=1.68%）. Conclusion The method was simple and accurate with good reproducibility, and can be used for the quality control of Aiqin Zhike Granules.
