摘　　要：张元济、陆费逵的经营理念使得商务印书馆和中华书局历经磨难而不倒,其影响及于当代、泽被后世。他们是商人,坚持在商言商,为了实现自己"教育救国"的理想而创办实业,为了企业的发展壮大而不断开拓创新、招才引才,自始至终重市场、重质量、重诚信、重品牌,在市场竞争中摸爬滚打,几经蹉跎而不离不弃,呕心沥血、死而后已,充分体现了以创业创新为核心的企业家精神;同时,他们又是文化人,都有着强烈的历史使命感和社会责任感,以扶助教育、传承文脉为己任,重视中华历史文化的积累和先进文化的传播,始终将自己的事业与国家社会相联系,充分体现了出版人可贵的文化品格和人文情怀。他们重视创业创新,既有商业眼光又有文化情怀,将文化和商业完美结合的自觉意识对今天的文化产业发展具有很强的现实意义,是一笔宝贵的精神财富。Zhang Yuan--ji and Lu Feikui＇s business philosophy let the Commercial Press and Zhonghua Book Company survive after suffering. Its impact has brought benefits both to the contemporary age and the future generations. Zhang and Lu are businessmen, and they stuck to the ideal of industry in order to come true their own dreams ＂education for national salvation＂. They kept on exploring, innovating and introducing talent re- cruitment to enhance the development of enterprise. They held to the principles of market, quality, integrity, and brand from beginning to end. They worked hard and were not afraid of difficulties in the market competi- tion, and they never gave up after wasting, which had fully reflected tl^e spirit of entrepreneurs with innovation at the core. At the same time, they were intellectuals and had a strong sense of historic mission and social re- sponsibility. And they always associated their business with nation and society and took supporting education and spreading cultural heritage as their own tasks. They emphasized accumulating Chinese history and culture and spreading advanced culture, which fully reflected the value of the publishers and their humane characters. They paid attention to business innovation, and had the foresight of business and the feelings of cultures. Their self--consciousness of a perfect combination of culture and commerce has strong practical significance for today＂ s cultural industry and becomes valuable spiritual wealth.
