新疆经济社会发展对高校毕业生的需求研究

摘　　要：采用时间序列法和相关分析法,对新疆普通高校本科分科毕业生的人数与新疆的人均GDP做回归分析,并通过预测今后5年的人数分析新疆经济社会发展对高校毕业生的需求数量以及新疆产业结构发展与高校学科建设、毕业生数量的协调性。研究产业结构与高校专业发展之间的关系,对把握好毕业生数量的供需平衡,促进高校学科建设与区域产业结构调整之间的和谐关系具有指导意义。With the time series method and correlation analysis, the present article makes regression analysis of the number of college graduates and GDP per capita in Xinjiang over the past few years,.predicts its demand of graduates for the next 5 years and explores the coordination among the up the disciplinary construction of and the number of graduates from its colleges grading of its industrial structure, and universities. Study of the relationship between the industrial structure and the development of college specialties will contribute to a bal- ance between the supply and the demand of graduates and a harmonious relationship between the disciplinary construction of colleges and universities and the adjustment of industrial structure.
