摘 要:三峡纵向围堰坝身段分为两个坝段,下部高程45~90m为RCC结构,要求对坝段横缝进行接缝灌浆,这是国内外首次大规模在碾压混凝土结构内进行接缝灌浆。经现场试验,在碾压混凝土内埋设冷却水管是有效可行的。在对上纵堰内段碾压混凝土结构内接缝灌浆进行模拟试验的基础上,确定了坝身段碾压混凝土接缝灌浆的设计与施工工艺,在工期要求十分紧迫的情况下,在不到1个月的时间内灌注了2660m2。The dam section shared with longitudinal cofferdam at TGP consists of 2 monolithes.The lower part of the monolithes from EL.45~90 m is RCC structure,and joint grouting is needed for the transverse joints between the monolithes.This is the first time for joint grouting of RCC structure on a large scale both in China and abroad.Test in field demonstrates that cooling water pipe embedded in RCC is effective and feasible.On the basis of trial joint grouting in RCC structure of upstream longitudinal cofferdam,the construction technology of joint grouting between the monolithes of RCC dam section shared with longitudinal cofferdam was determined.Under the condition of urgent construction period,the grouting for 2 660 m\+2 of joint area was finished in less than one month.The analysis of the observed data of embedded instruments demonstrates that the expected effect has been achieved.
