白细胞介素4及其受体在呼吸道合胞病毒所致婴幼儿肺炎中的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨IL-4及其受体(IL-4R)在呼吸道合胞病毒所致婴幼儿肺炎中的相关性。方法:应用酶联免疫吸附试验检测45例呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)肺炎患者及51例正常对照组中血清中的IL-4及IL-4R浓度。结果:(1)RSV肺炎组和正常对照组中IL-4浓度分别为(294.68±90.65)ng/L和(146.75±37.26)ng/L,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。(2)RSV肺炎组和正常对照组中IL-4R浓度分别为(17.60±13.80)μg/L和(7.47±4.29)μg/L两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:IL-4及IL-4R在RSV所致肺炎中含量明显增高,且随病情进展受体浓度增加,表明RSV肺炎病情的严重程度与IL-4及IL-4R含量增加呈正相关。Objective： Interlenkin-4 and interlenkim4 receptor in respiratory syncytial virus pneumonia in infants and young children in correlation research. Methods.. Totally 45 children who were hospitalized for pneumonia for RSV were recruited in this study,a group of 51 healthy children were selected as contrast. The total IL-4 and IL-4R concertrations in serum samples were measured by Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）. Results.. （1） In RSV pneumonia group and In control group,level of serum IL-4 were （294. 68q-90. 65） ng/L, （146. 75±37.26）ng/L（P〈0. 01）. （2） In RSV pneumonia group and In control group, level of serum IL-4R were（17. 60±13. 80）μg/L, （7. 47±4. 29）μg/ L. Respectively, the diffrence was significant between the two groups（P〈0. 01）. Conclusion.. Level of serum IL-4 and IL-4R were increased significantly in RSV pneumonia, with progess of the disease increased concentration, indicate that the RSV pneumonia severity and IL-4 and IL-4R concents increased positive correlation.
