摘　　要：目的:构建医院等级评审资料体系的组织模式。方法:根据分层理论对三级医院等级评审资料进行收集、整理、分类、组织。结果:将医院不同层次、种类的评审资料有机组合,形成院、处、科三级树状资料体系。结论:应用结果表明,该构建模式是三级医院评审资料有效的组织形式。Objective：To construct organization mode for hospital grade evaluation data system. Methods： Three A-level hospital grade assessment data were collected, collated, classified and organized according to the stratification theory. Results：A hospital, department, section level three information system is achieved through a combination of the different levels and types of hospital evaluation data. Conclusion： Application results have demonstrated that this construction mode was an effective organizing approach for the three A-level hospital grade assessment data.
