摘 要:目的:探讨风药对溃疡性结肠炎大鼠结肠组织一氧化氮(N0)含量和诱生型一氧化氮合成酶(iNOS)活性的影响。方法:采用病证结合复合法复制肝郁脾虚型UC大鼠后,分别给予痛泻要方加风药、痛泻要方、痛泻要方去防风灌胃治疗,模型对照组和正常对照组给予生理盐水,4周后处死大鼠,分离其结肠组织,用生化法检测结肠组织NO含量和iNOS的活性,并评价结肠组织损伤。结果:空白对照组比较,模型组iNOS活性和NO含量上升(P<0.01);与模型组比较,痛泻要方加风药、痛泻要方和痛泻要方去防风组iNOS和NO水平下降,其中痛泻要方加风药和痛泻要方组与模型组比较有显著差异(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:风药可通过降低结肠组织NO含量和iNOS活性,来达到对UC大鼠结肠黏膜的保护作用。Objective:To investigate the effects of carminative on NO content and iNOS activity in colonic tissue of ulcerative colitis(UC)in rats of spleen deficiency and liver depression.Methods:Established UC model with combination of disease and Zheng.Which the rats of the model and positive groups were fed with TXYF+carminative,TXYF and TXYF-Fangfeng,and rats of the control group fed with normal saline.Four weeks later,all rats were killed and colon mucosal samples were collected.The NO content and iNOS activity in colonic tissue were detected by biochemical method,and damage index were reviewed.Results:Compared with those in normal group,the NO content and iNOS activity of model group were increased obviously(P0.01).Compared with those in model group,the NO content and iNOS activity were decreased in TXYF+carminative,TXYF and TXYF-Fangfeng group,TXYF+carminative and TXYF had significant statistical differences(P0.01,ΔP0.05).Conclusion:Carminative can decrease NO content and iNOS activity in colonic tissue,and has protective effect on colonic mucosal of UC in rats.
