运用热敏灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症30例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察热敏灸疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为热敏灸治疗组(30例)和针刺对照组(30例)。对照组,取穴以相应的夹脊穴、环跳、委中、阳陵泉、昆仑穴为主,治疗2周后观察疗效。结果:治疗组的总有效率为96.5%,对照组总有效率83.3%,经统计学处理差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。随访半年复发率治疗组为7.6%,对照组为42.8%。结论:热敏灸组疗效优于针刺对照组。Objective：Thermal moxibustion treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods：60 patients were randomly divided into thermal moxibustion group（30cases）and acupuncture group（30cases）.Control group,the corresponding acupoints selection were mainly Jiaji,Huantiao,Veizhong,Yanglingquan,Kunlun,treatment effects were observed after two weeks.Results：The total effective rate was 96.5%of treatment group,the control group was 83.3%and had statistically significant difference（P0.05）.Follow-up recurrence rate was 3.8%of treatment group and control group was11%within half a year.Conclusion：The thermal moxibustion group is superior to acupuncture group.
