胆微透析技术及其在药学研究中的应用

摘　　要：目的:介绍胆微透析技术及其在药学研究中的应用。方法:检索、阅读近年来国内外的相关文献,并进行分析、归纳。结果:综述了胆微透析技术的基本原理、特点及影响因素,并重点介绍了其在肠肝循环药物以及经胆囊排泄药物的药动学研究中的应用。结论:胆微透析技术在药学研究中具有不可替代的作用,但仍有不足之处,尚需继续研究不断改进完善。Objective：To introduce the bile microdialysis technique and its application in pharmaceutical research.Method：The literature at home and abroad in recent years were analyzed and summarized.Results：Bile microdialysis technique reviewed the basic principles,characteristics and influencing factors,and highlighted the application in the pharmacokinetics of drugs in the enterohepatic circulation and excreted by the gallbladder.Conclusion：Bile microdialysis technique in pharmaceutical research plays an irreplaceable role,but there are still shortcomings,which need to study and improve constantly.
