芪白平肺胶囊治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病痰瘀阻肺证疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨芪白平肺胶囊(原名金泰胶囊)对COPD的疗效。方法:将100例COPD患者随机分为治疗组(50例)与对照组(50例),在常规治疗基础上,治疗组与对照组分别加用芪白平肺胶囊与安慰剂,观察两组患者中医证候积分的变化。结果:对照组与治疗组治疗后中医证候积分均较治疗前有明显改善(,P<0.01);但治疗组较对照组改善更明显(,P<0.01)。结论:芪白平肺胶囊能显著降低COPD患者的中医证候积分,对COPD患者有较好的疗效。Objective： To explore the effect of Qibai Pingfei capsule on the COPD.Methods：100 COPD patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,the treatment group consist mainly of 50 COPD patients that given routine western medical treatment and Qibai Pingfei capsule and the other group is the control group in total 50 COPD patients that received routine western medical treatment and placebo.To observe the change of Chinese Medicine syndrome integration in the 2 groups＇ patients.Results： Control and treatment groups were obviously changed on Chinese Medicine syndrome integration than before,but treatment group compared with control group improved more obviously.Conclusion： Qibai Pingfei capsule can significantly decrease Chinese Medicine syndrome integration of COPD patients.
