慢性肾衰虚实兼证面诊特征信息与肾功能的关联研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨慢性肾衰邪实兼证面色参数与病理生化指标的相互关系。方法:应用中医面色检测仪检测慢性肾功能衰竭患者面色特征信息,同步收集其病史资料及病理生化指标。结果:慢性肾衰虚实兼证各面色参数与病理生化指标之间存在一定的相关性:虚兼湿浊证面色参数中黑色比例与尿酸的相关系数为-0.158;虚兼湿热证面色指数与尿素氮的相关系数为-0.278。结论:慢性肾衰虚实兼证的面色参数与临床病理生化指标尿素氮、血肌酐、尿酸、肾小球滤过率存在一定的相关性,表明中医临床病证面色变化可用现代医学语言来诠释。Objective：To discuss the relationship of the facial color parameters and the pathological-biochemical indicators of the CRF with different syndromes.Methods：Applying TCM facial color detector apparatus to gathering the facial color characteristic information of CRF patients.Collecting the medical history datum and pathological-biochemical indicators at the same time.Results：There are some certain correlations on the facial color parameters and pathological-biochemical indicators among the deficiency-excess Syndromes of chronic renal failure： wet muddy syndrome,the black proportion of facial color parameters with BNA correlation coefficients was-0.158;hot and damp syndrome,facial color index with BUN correlation coefficients was-0.278.Conclusions： Chronic renal failure five syndromes facial color parameters and clinical pathology blood urea nitrogen,serum creatinine,uric acid,glomerular filtration rate and albumin exists certain correlation,indicating that facial color changes in Chinese medicine clinical syndrome can interpret the language of modern medicine Language.
