摘　　要：综述国内外关于血浆中丹参酮ⅡA的提取方法、检测方法,临床前药动学及人体药动学的研究进展,为丹参酮ⅡA的组织分布及代谢研究提供参考。The article reviewed the extraction methods and the detection methods of Tanshinone ⅡA at home and aborad;preclinical pharmacokinetic and human pharmacokinetic study at home and aborad were also reviewed in this article,providing reference for the tissue distribution and metabolism of Tanshinone ⅡA.
