摘 要:分析了分布式电源(DG)的接入和恶劣天气对配电网供电可靠性的影响。建立了考虑天气作用和DG接入后配电网的可靠性计算模型,以经济效益最大化为目标函数进行DG孤岛划分,并对传统的最小回路法进行改进使之适用于计及天气和DG的配电网供电可靠性分析计算。分别对既无DG接入也不考虑天气影响、只考虑DG影响、只考虑天气影响、同时考虑DG和天气影响四种不同方案的负荷点、馈线和系统可靠性指标进行计算并对比。计算结果表明,恶劣天气对配电网可靠性影响极大,考虑天气后配电网可靠性降低,DG的合理接入能提高配电网的可靠性,综合考率气候和DG的影响的配电网可靠性能更准确地反应实际,证明了该方法和模型的有效性。The impact of distributed generation and adverse weather on distribution network reliability is studied. This paper illustrates a distribution network reliability calculation model considering the act of weather and D~ uses the maximum economic benefits as objective function to determine the island, and then improves the minimal path method of the traditional reliability calculation and makes it suit to calculate the distribution network reliability considering weather and DG. Four types of programs including without DG and weather, only DG, only weather, and both DG and weather are calculated and compared from the aspects of load points, feeders and system reliability indices. The calculating results indicate that the reliability of distribution network is reduced when considering weather factors, especially in adverse weather conditions, and improved in the island when DG connected. Considering both DG and weather, the reliability of distribution network can reflect the actual condition more accurately, which proves the validity of the method and the model.
