摘 要:主要研究了臭氧氧化对剩余污泥的破解效果及污泥厌氧消化效率的影响。结果表明,随着臭氧投加量的增加,悬浮物(SS)、可挥发性悬浮物(VSS)逐步减少,而剩余污泥上清液中的溶解性COD(SCOD)、总有机碳(TOC)、蛋白质和多糖则明显增加。经臭氧预处理(臭氧投加量为0.050g(以每克SS计))后,剩余污泥中温(35℃)厌氧消化效率明显提高,经65d稳定运行后,总挥发性固体(TVS)去除率为67.58%,与未经臭氧预处理的剩余污泥相比提高50.61%;甲烷平均产率为0.303L(以每克TVS计),与未经臭氧预处理的剩余污泥相比提高54.59%。可见,臭氧预处理能有效促进污泥厌氧消化,从而达到污泥减量的目的。Ozone pretreatment were performed on excess sludge to enhance the sludge reduction.The effect of ozone dosage on excess disintegration and anaerobic digestion was investigated.Results showed that the suspended solid(SS) and volatile suspended solid(VSS) of sludge was reduced with increasing ozone dosage,while the soluble chemical oxygen demand(SCOD),total organic carbon(TOC),protein and carbohydrate in the supernatant of excess sludge were increased remarkably.The mesophilic anaerobic digestion(35 ℃) efficiency of excess sludge was greatly improved after ozone pretreatment(the ozone dosage was 0.050 g per gram SS).After 65 days of stable operation,the TVS removal efficiency of ozone pretreated excess sludge was 67.58%,which was 50.61% higher than that of the sludge without ozone pretreatment.The ozone pretreatment increased the average methane production rate by 54.59%,with the methane yield was 0.303 L per gram TVS.It was observed that ozone pretreatment could promote sludge anaerobic digestion effectively so as to achieve the purpose of excess sludge reduction.
