摘  要:对于油缸承受内压的情况,在缸头与缸体焊接处附近的应力状态较为复杂,而在离焊缝较远处,可以将其考虑为平面应变问题。通过对受内压厚壁缸筒的应力变形公式的归结,并根据弹性力学理论,推导得出厚壁缸筒截面开孔应力集中影响的解析表达。并辅以有限元方法加以验证。For cylinder to withstand internal pressure, the cylinder bead and cylinder body stress state is more complicated which near welding, but far away from welding can be considered as plane strain problem. Based on concluded of stress and deformation formula of thick-walled cylinder subjected to internal pressure in a nutshell, the theory of elasticity, deduced the analytical expression of stress concentration effects of thick-walled cylinder cross section hole. Besides supplemented by finite element method to verify.
