摘　　要：主要介绍了在油缸活塞杆生产过程中采用的一种新型加工方法,研究结果表明采用埋弧堆焊技术不但能够提高材料利用率,而且还能减少机械加工,这将为油缸生产提供一种新的工艺选择,同时也详细介绍了埋弧堆焊工艺方法。Submerged arc welding technology in the production of cylinder piston rod is mainly introduced ,the result showed that the use of submerged are welding technology not only increase the material utilization ratio but also decrease machining procedure, it is a new approach for the production of cylinder piston rod, at the same time, the submerged arc welding process method is also introduced.
