摘　　要：运用了压铸模温度场以及模具应力场的数值模拟,通过薄壁铝质压铸件的ANSYS有限元分析软件数值分析与具体实验相结合的方法,来验证数值模拟方法的可行性,用以改进模具结构,优化工艺参数。Numerical simulation about die casting mold temperature field and stress field were introduced, then through the thin-walled aluminum die casting was analysed with finite element method （FEM） software ANSYS, the numerical analysis was combined a series of specific experiments to verify its feasibility, so as to improve the mold structure and technology parameters.
