摘 要:针对某液压挖掘机怠速时驾驶室声振舒适性较差这一问题,分析其发动机至驾驶室振动传递路径,初步判断回转平台是影响其驾驶室舒适性的可能因素。进一步对回转平台进行模态计算,得出固有频率及振型特征。将计算结果与发动机激振频率对比分析,确认回转平台共振是造成驾驶室声振舒适性较差的因素之一。据此对回转平台结构进行了改进,使回转平台低阶模态频率避开发动机怠速激振频率和常用工作频率,避免共振,改善了驾驶室舒适性,并通过对比测试验证了改进的有效性。For problem of bad NVH performance in hydraulic excavator cab, analyzed vibration transmission path from engine to cab, and judged rotary platform was possible factor to NVH problem. Modal analysis was carried for rotary platform, natural frequency and mode shapes were calculated. Compared result with excitation frequency of engine, conclusion was made that rotary platform resonance was one of influencings to problem. Then, structure of rotating platform was modified to make natural frequency escape from excitation frequency in idle and common operating speed. So that resonance was avoided and NVH performance was improved. Validity of structure amelioration was validated by experimentation.
