摘　　要：基于PLC和各种传感器设计的一种对主要通风机工况在线监测系统,对风机风速、转速、温度、压力、电机电气参数以及风流的CO、瓦斯浓度等进行测量,由上位机程序计算并实时显示出风量、风机功率和效率等参数,具有通风装置运行工况的实时监测、数据存储与查询、超限报警、数据网络发布等功能。Based on PLC and all kinds of sensors and design of a major fan of on-line monitoring system, measure working condition of fan wind speed, rotate speed, temperature, pressure, motor electric parameters , carbon monoxide of aircurrent and gas concentration, etc. Calculate and real-time show air volume, fan power, effieiene and other parameters. Has functions of real-time monitoring running conditions of ventilation devices, storaging and inquiring data, overrun alarming and releasing the data network, etc.
