不同型号气囊导尿管最适注液量的实验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨不同型号气囊导尿管的最适注液量。方法选择10Fr、12Fr、14Fr、16Fr、18Fr的气囊导尿管各60根,每一型号尿管均注入相应低量、中量、高量的无菌水各20根,观察各型号气囊导尿管在不同注液量时气囊的形状。结果 10Fr、12Fr、14Fr、16Fr、18Fr气囊导尿管在注入相应低量无菌水时气囊偏向一侧、轴心弯曲;在注入相应中量无菌水时气囊呈椭圆球形,轴心无弯曲;在注入相应高量无菌水时气囊形状与相应中量注液量相似,仅体积增大。结论 10Fr、12Fr、14Fr、16Fr、18Fr气囊导尿管的最适注液量分别是4ml、6ml、8ml、10ml和12ml。Objective To investigate the most suitable fluid injection quantity of different types aerocyst catheters. Method 60 piece of aerocyst catheter of 10 Fr,12 Fr,14 Fr,16 Fr and 18 Fr were selected for the study.20 of every type catheters were filled with the corresponding low quantity,middle quantity and high quantity sterilized water respectively.The aerocyst shapes of various types catheters with different fluid injection quantity was observed. Result The aerocyst of aerocyst catheters of 10 Fr,12 Fr,14 Fr,16 Fr and 18 Fr deviated one side and the axle center curved,when filled with the corresponding low quantity sterilized water;the aerocyst assumed ellipse sphere and the axle center did not curve when filled with the corresponding middle quantity sterilized water.The aerocyst shape was similar with the corresponding middle quantity fluid injection quantity,only the volume increased when filled with the corresponding high quantity sterilized water. Conclusion The most suitable fluid injection quantity of aerocyst catheters of 10 Fr,12 Fr,14 Fr,16 Fr and 18Fr might be 4 ml,6ml,8ml,10ml and 12ml,respectively.
