摘　　要：目的:检测复发缓解型多发性硬化(RRMS)患者急性期血清tau、14-3-3、S100蛋白水平,并研究糖皮质激素(GC)对这三个蛋白水平的影响。方法:采用ELISA法检测17例RRMS患者急性期GC治疗前、后第七天、十四天血清中tau、14-3-3和S100蛋白的水平,并与对照组比较。结果:RRMS组和对照组的血清tau、14-3-3、S100蛋白水平间没有显著差异(P﹥0.05)。GC治疗前后RRMS组三次血清tau、14-3-3、S100蛋白水平差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论:急性期RRMS患者血清中未发现轴索、神经元和胶质细胞损害的证据,GC对这三个蛋白的水平无明显影响。Objective To explore the effects of glucocorticoid （GC） on the levels of serum Protein tau, Protein 14-3-3,Protein SIO0 pre- and post- treatment separately, by testing homologus serums of patients with Relapsing-remitting Multiple Scelerosis （RRMS）. Method The levels of serum Protein tau,Protein 14-3-3、Protein S100, pre- and post- GC treatment （on the seventh and fourteenth day） towards seventeen acute RRMS patients , were tested by means of ELISA .The results were later compared with control group. Result There was no apparently statistical significance between RRMS group and control group on the different levels of serum protein tau, 14-3-3 ,S100（P 〉 0.05）. No statistical difference of The levels of serum protein tau, 14-3-3,S100 pre and post treatment （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Serum evidence indicating the damage of axonal,neurons and glia cells hasn＇t been found., and GC doesn＇t affect the levels of serum Protein tau, 14-3-3,S100.
