摘 要:目的:了解数字乳腺摄影中辐射剂量水平及影响因素。方法:收集60例受检者的乳腺摄影参数,包括管电压、受压腺体厚度、压力、曝光量、平均腺体剂量(average gland dose,AGD)等,然后统计分析单幅图像辐射剂量水平及影响因素。结果:受检者乳腺单幅图像的AGD为(1.06±0.39)mGy,与国际电离辐射防护和辐射源安全基本标准(IBSS)规定的投照剂量指导水平(3mGy)相比较低(P<0.05)。影响辐射剂量的因素主要包括曝光量、管电压和腺体厚度,其中曝光量及受压腺体厚度与辐射剂量成正相关,管电压与辐射剂量成负相关。结论:在确保图像质量的前提下,适当降低曝光量、受压腺体厚度和增加管电压,有利于降低受检者辐射剂量。Objective: To investigate the level and influencing factors of radiation dose with digital mammography. Methods : The mammography parameters from 60 patients including tube voltage, gland thickness with compression, pressure, exposure and average gland dose(AGD) were collected. And the data were analyzed statistically. Results: The AGD of single image of breast was ( 1.06 + 0. 39) mGy, which was lower than the instruction radiation dose level( 3mGy )formulated by IBSS( P 〈 0. 05 ). The influencing fac- tors of radiation dose included exposure, tube voltage and gland thickness with compression, among which, exposure and gland thick- ness with compression were positively correlation with radiation dose; tube voltage was negatively correlated with radiation dose. Con- clusion: Reducing exposure, gland thickness with compression and increasing tube voltage properly are helpful for reducing radiation dose on the premise of ensuring image quality.
