摘 要:我国水泥质量与国际先进水平比较 ,主要差距为高标号水泥数量少 ,最高强度比较低 ;水泥早期强度相对值和绝对值都低 ;没有控制水泥总的及各组分的颗粒级配 ;还没能按混凝土工艺要求及时生产和供应最佳性能和足够数量的均质水泥。提高我国水泥质量的根本途径是提高熟料质量 ,改善水泥性能 ,包括提高硅酸盐矿物总量和早强矿物含量 ,提高熟料率值 ,特别是提高SM ,增加细粉含量 ,控制水泥颗粒级配 ,以及走掺矿渣和粉煤灰抑制碱集料反应的道路。Comparing with the international advanced level, the main difference of the homemade cement quality lies in the following aspects such as less amount in high strength cement, lower early and final strengths especially in the relative and absolute values of early strength, deficiency in the proper control ofthe particle size distribution of the cement and its constituents, and weak capability in timely providing enough cement conforming to the technical requirement of concrete. The main technical measure for improving the cement quality, on one hand, is to improve the quality of clinker including increasing the quantity of silicate minerals and high early strength minerals and adjusting the moduli of clinker. On the other hand, increasing the amount of fine powders, improving the particle size distribution of cement, and blending the cement with slag and fly ash to inhibit AAR are also efficient ways to improve cement quality.
