实时三维超声心动图对青、中年肥胖者左室局部收缩功能的评价

摘　　要：目的应用实时三维超声心动图(RT-3DE)技术检测青、中年肥胖者左室局部收缩功能,探讨RT-3DE评价左室局部收缩功能的临床应用价值。方法应用RT-3DE技术检测40例肥胖者和35例正常人的左室整体射血分数(LVEF)及左室各节段收缩末期容积分数(EDV%),比较各项指标。结果 肥胖组与对照组比较,第9、12节段EDV%值增高(P<0.05);第2、3、4、10、15、17节段EDV%值明显增高(P<0.01)。结论肥胖者左室局部收缩功能减低;RT-3DE技术可以早期发现肥胖者左室局部收缩功能异常。Objective To detect the regional left ventricular systolic function of the young and middle-aged obese subjects by real-time three-dimensional echocardiography （RT-3DE） and explore the value of RT-3DE in assessing regional left ventricular systolic function. Methods Forty obese subjects and thirty-five normal people were detected by RT-3DE. The global left ventricuiar ejection fraction and regional left ventrieular end-systolic volumetric fraction （EDV%）of the two groups were obtained and compared. Results The EDV% of 9th and 12th segment of obese group was increased compared with control group （ P〈 0.05 ）, the EDV % of 2 nd. 3 rd. 4 th. 10 th. 15 th. 17 th segment of obese group was significantly increased compared with control group （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Regional left ventrieular systolic function in obese subjects is lower,and RT-3DE can find the abnormality of regional left ventrieular systolic function in obese subjects earlier.
