江门市疾控体检中心体检人员健康体检结果分析及管理

摘　　要：目的:通过对江门市疾控体检中心体检人员健康体检结果进行分析,发现存在的慢性病,对其进行管理,降低其发病率。方法:选择2010年5月至2011年5月期间在江门市疾控体检中心进行健康体检的12480名人员。检查内容包括询问既往病史、内科常规、外科常规、眼科常规、五官科、胸片、心电图、B超等。实验室检查包括:血、尿、便三大常规、肝功能、甲胎蛋白、乙肝三项、血脂、血糖。对已婚妇女妇科检查包括:乳房触诊,盆腔、白带、宫颈涂片、阴道脱落细胞学检查,子宫、卵巢、阴道B超等。结果:12480名健康体检者中,发现异常者为7291人,检出率为58.42%,居前五位的疾病分别为:高脂血症、脂肪肝、高血压、心电图异常、糖尿病。妇科疾病由高到低依次为乳腺增生、阴道炎、子宫肌瘤、宫颈糜烂。结论:慢性病已成为严重影响居民健康的主要疾病,开展有针对性的慢性病管理和疾病健康教育宣传,并定期进行健康体检是预防的关键。Objective： To study on the results of health physical examination staff in the exammation staff in the exammation center in Jiangmen CDC.Method： From May 2010 to May 2011 in Jiangmen CDC.Included 12480 subjects aged 22-93,The contents of the examination include： Medical history,general internal medicine,general surgery,general ophthalmology,ENT,chest radiograph,electrocardiogram,B ultrasonic.Laboratory tests included： blood,urine,and stool routine,liver function,alpha-fetoprotein,blood lipids,blood glucose.For married women,the gynecological examination include： breast palpation,pelvic,vaginal,cervical smear,vaginal cytology,uterine,ovarian,vaginal B-ultrasound scanning.Result： A total of 7291 cases of abnormal results were found,detection rate was 58.42%.The detection rate of diseases from high to low was hyperlipidemia,fatty liver,hypertension,abnormal electrocardiogram,diabetes.Gynecological diseases ranked as hyperplasia,vaginitis,uterine fibroids,cervical erosion.Conclusion： Chronic diseases have become a major disease affecting the health of residents,carrying out target-oriented health education and disease management of chronic diseases,meanwhile with regular health physical examination is the key to prevente chronic diseases.
