摘　　要：从建设环境、网络换乘、无人驾驶、综合监控、车站装修、节能环保等方面对上海10号线的工程建设管理进行了全面总结。详细分析了在外部建设环境相当苛刻的情况下,应重点把握重要换乘节点优化、密集居民区线路设计、环境保护和风险控制等关键环节。最后从前期准备、管理模式、投资控制和综合开发等4个方面提出了相关建议。The engineering construction management of Shanghai Rail Transit Line 10 is ）comprehensively summarized from aspects like the construction environment, network transfer, unmanned operation, integrated monitoring, station decoration, energy saving and environmental protection, etc. With a detailed analysis of the stern external building conditions, key links such as the important transfer node optimization, the line design in dense residential areas, the environmental protection and risk control are stressed. Finally, some relevant recommendations from earlier preparation, management model, investment control and comprehensive development are proposed.
