摘 要:本文在问卷调查基础上,结合有关信息,对汉语在国际商务交际领域使用的现状进行分析。主要结论:1.汉语在广泛的业务范围内成为对工作有用的语言;2.中国同事和客户成为商务人员最经常的交际对象;3.汉语在国际商务活动中的交际功能不平衡,听和说是从事商务工作的人使用最多的技能,读和写是使用最少的两项技能;4.商务人员对汉语的学习需求仍较大。This thesis, based on a questionnaire survey together with other information, discusses the use of Chinese language in the international business, and points out the following basic facts: 1. Chinese has become a useful working language in many business areas. 2. Chinese colleagues and Chinese clients have become the objects to communicate most frequently for the foreigners dealing with business related to China. 3. The communications of Chinese used in the international business are imbalanced. Listening and speaking are used more frequently than reading and writing in business work. 4. There is a quite big need for learning Chinese among the people doing business work.
