摘 要:利用ABAQUS软件对三重钢管防屈曲耗能支撑进行拉压循环荷载作用下的滞回性能模拟,并对支撑的承载力及核芯管的应力和变形进行模拟分析,研究了核芯管开孔的孔宽、孔长、开孔排数、核芯管的径厚比和约束比对支撑性能的影响。研究结果表明:开孔降低了支撑的屈服点,当开孔截面积削弱量控制在20%以内时可认为不影响支撑的承载力,孔宽和孔长对支撑的荷载-位移曲线和支撑的抗疲劳性能有影响;在开孔总长度相同的条件下,多排孔开孔部分的变形较单排孔的变形小;核芯管的径厚比应不大于22;三重钢管防屈曲耗能支撑的约束比应大于2。研究结果对开孔三重钢管防屈曲耗能支撑及同类支撑的设计提供了一定的参考价值。Using ABAQUS finite element software,the hysteretic behavior simulation of a buckling-restrained brace with perforated tripe steel tube under tension-compression syclic load was conducted,the numerical simulation for the load-bearing capacity of the brace and the stress and deformation of the cor tube was also done.The influences of perforation width,length and row number,the radius-thickness ratio of the core tube and the constraint ratio of the brace on the brace behavior were analyzed.The results showed that the yield point of the brace is reduced after perforated;load-bearing capacity is not affected when the reduction of perforation section area can be controlled within 20%;perforation width and length affect the load-displacement curve and the anti-fatigue performance of the brace;under the condition of the same perforation total length,the deformation of the multi-row perforation part is smaller than that of the single-row perforation part;the radius-thickness ratio of the core tube should be smaller than 22;the constraint ratio of the brace should be larger than 2.These results provided a reference for designing a buckling-restrained brace with perforated triple-steel tube and the similar types of braces.
