摘 要:目的探索磁石内部构造与全铁量的相关性。方法采用偏光显微镜分析磁石的内部构造,按药典方法测定其全铁含量,分析两者的相关性。结果磁石的全铁含量受其内部构造的影响,伴生矿物越少、层纹越紧密、鲕状结构排列越紧密、核心越小,磁石药材的含铁量越高。结论磁石内部构造与全铁量具有一定相关性,偏光显微镜分析可作为磁石药材质量分析的辅助方法。OBJECTIVE To explore the correlation between the total iron content and the internal structure of the magnetiturn. METHODS The internal structure of magnetitums was analyzed by polarizing microscope. The total iron content of magnetitum was determined by the pharmacopoeia method. And the correlation between the two was analyzed. RESULTS The total iron content of magnetitum was affected by its internal structure. The less associated mineral, more closely the laminated striation, more closely the oolitic texture and the smaller the core of the oolitic texture, the higher the total iron content in magnetitum. CONCLUSION There is certain correlation between the internal structure and the total iron content of magnetiturn. And the polarizing microscope analysis could be used as an auxiliary method for the analysis of the quality of magnetitum.
