摘  要:目的探讨黄芪甲苷、人参总皂苷和西洋参总皂苷对蟾酥致小鼠心律失常的保护作用。方法采用多道生物信号分析系统,记录蟾酥致小鼠心律失常模型的动态心电图QRS时程、Q-T间期、T波幅度、心率(HR)的变化,统计各心律失常发生率、存活时间、死亡率及心律失常评分。结果给予蟾酥后小鼠心电图发生显著改变,与模型组相比,黄芪甲苷明显抑制QRS时程的增宽及T波幅度的加大;降低室性心律失常的发生率,显著延长存活时间。人参总皂苷显著抑制QRS时程增宽、T波幅度的加大;降低室性心律失常发生率,显著延长存活时间。西洋参总皂苷组与模型组相比,显著抑制Q-T间期延长及T波幅度加大。结论黄芪甲苷、人参总皂苷对蟾酥致小鼠心律失常有一定保护作用,而西洋参总皂苷对该模型保护作用较弱。OBJECTIVE To discuss the protective effect of astragaloside IV(AIV), ginsenoside(GE) and total saponins of Panax quinquefolium(TPQ) on mice with arrhythmia caused by toad venom. METHODS The multichannel biological signal analytical system was used to record the dynamic electrocardiography-the changes of QRS duration, Q-T interval, T-wave am- plitude and heart rate(HR) of the mouse models of arrhythmia caused by toad venom. Then the incidence of arrhythmia, survival time, mortality rate and arrhythmia scores of mouse models were calculated. RESULTS The electrocardiography of mouse model had an obvious change after toad venom was applied. Compared with the model group, AIV and GE remarkably inhibited the broadening of QRS duration and the increase of T-wave amplitude, decreased the incidence of sinus arrhythmia (SA), and prolonged the survival time significantly, and AIV also decreased the incidence of ventricular arrhythmia(VA), while TPQ obviously suppressed the prolongation of Q-T interval and the increase of T-wave amplitude. CONCLUSION AIV and GE have certain protective effects on the mice with arrhythmia caused by toad venom, while TPQ has a weaker protective effect.
