摘　　要：目的同时测定肠循环液中桔梗皂苷D和酚红的浓度。方法采用RP-UPLC法,色谱柱为Hypersil Gold(2.1mm×100mm,3μm),流动相为乙腈-0.05%甲酸水(梯度洗脱),柱温35℃,流速0.3mL/min,检测波长为210nm。结果方法精密度及线性关系良好,桔梗皂苷D及酚红的回收率分别为95.48%(RSD=0.91%)、103.32%(RSD=0.45%)。结论该法操作简便,结果准确,灵敏度高。OBJECTIVE To make a simultaneous determination of the concentration of sofphenolsulfonphthalein and Platy codin D in the bowel cycle fluid. METHODS An RP-UPLC method was applied. Chromatography column was HypersilGold （2.1 mm× 100 mm, 3 μm）, mobile phase acetonitrile 0.05 % formic acid water （gradient elution）, column temperature 35℃, velocity 0.3 mL/min, detected wavelength 210 nm. RESULTS The precision and the linear relation of this method were acceptable. The recovery rate of Platycodin D and phenolsulfonphthalein were 95.48% （RSD= 0. 91% ） and 103.32% （RSD= 0. 45 %） respectively. CONCLUSION The operation is simple, accurate and sensitive
