双黄连口服液中主要活性成分体外抗菌效应相关性研究

摘　　要：目的研究双黄连口服液中主要活性成分体外抗菌效应权重和相关性。方法采用正交试验设计,通过L8(27)表对双黄连口服液中各主要活性成分进行不同组合,观察各活性成分组合溶液对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌的体外抑制作用,得出其MIC、MBC和抑菌环直径,并用SPSS统计软件进行数据分析。结果 4种主要活性成分对革兰氏阳性细菌金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌作用权重依次为:黄芩苷>连翘酯苷A>绿原酸>连翘苷;对革兰氏阴性细菌大肠杆菌的抗菌作用权重依次为:连翘酯苷A>黄芩苷>绿原酸>连翘苷;对真菌代表菌白色念珠菌的抗菌作用权重依次为:黄芩苷>连翘酯苷A>绿原酸>连翘苷。结论连翘酯苷A、黄芩苷为双黄连口服液抗菌药效的主要影响因素,虽然连翘酯苷A在该复方中含量远低于黄芩苷,但在复方抗菌药效方面发挥着重要作用。OBJECTIVE To study the weight and correlation of the main active components of Shuanghuanglian oral liquid in vitro antibacterial effects. METHODS By the orthogonal experimental design and through the Table L8 （27 ）, the different main active combinations of Shuanghuanglian oral liquid were made. After observing in vitro inhibition of different active ingredient combinations against Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Candida albicans, the MIC, MBC and bacteriostatic ring diameters came to conclusion, and SPSS statistical software was used for data analysis. RESULTS The weight of antibacterial effect aganist Staphylococcus aureus（G＋ ） was： baicalin 〉forsythiaside A〉chlorogenic acid〉phillyrin; the weight of antibacte- rial effect aganist Escherichia coli（G ） was： forsythiaside A 〉 baicalin〉 chlorogenic acid 〉 phillyrin; the weight of antibacterial effect aganist Candida albicans （Fungus） was ： baicalin〉 forsythiaside A~ chlorogenic acid〉 phillyrin. CONCLUSION Forsythiaside A and baicalin are main influence factors of the antibacterial efficacy of Shuanghuanglian oral liquid. Although forsythiaside A has a lower content than baicalin, it plays an important role in the antibacterial efficacy.
