摘　　要：从国家与社会关系的角度看,国家与社会关系既表现为一种现实的社会存在,也代表着两种差异明显的价值取向。政治文化是国家与社会关系互动的文化体现,随着国家与社会关系的变化,体现着一定价值取向的政治文化也随之变化。处于国家与社会关系调整进程中的当代中国,以国家与社会的和谐互动为价值导向是构建和谐政治文化的题中应有之义。From the perspective of relations between state and society, it is shown as a kind of real social existence, but also represents the two value orientations with significant differences. Political culture reflects the interaction of the relations between state and society. As the relations change, political culture with certain value orientations changes. Mordern China, in the process of the adjustment of relations between state and society, should take the harmonious interaction of state and society as value orientations to build the harmonious political culture.
