内蒙古地区鄂温克族人类白细胞抗原-DQA1基因多态性研究

摘　　要：目的研究内蒙古地区鄂温克族人HLA-DQA1基因多态性。方法采用PCR-SSP技术对内蒙古地区198例鄂温克族人群HLA-DQA1等位基因进行型别分析。结果鄂温克族中高频率的HLA-DQA1等位基因是0301、0104、0501和0102;低频率等位基因为0201和0103;未检出0101、0302、0401、0601。结论鄂温克族人群HLA-DQA1基因分布有其独特性。Objective To study the allelic polymorphism of HLA- DQA1 locus in Ewenki ethnic minority in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Methods We analyzed HLA- DQA1 allelic polymorphism of 198 Ewenki adults in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region with PCR - SSP. Results The high frequency HLA- DQA1 allelic polymorphism of Ewenki adults was 0301, 0104, 0501 and 0102; the low frequency HLA-DQA1 allelic polymorphism of Ewenki adults was 0201 and 0103; but 0101, 0302, 0401 and 0601 had not been detected. Conclusions The results suggest that the HLA-DQA1 allelic gene distribution of Ewenki adults in Inner Mongolia Region has its unique characteristics.
