摘  要:目的分析扩建项目存在的职业病危害因素及危害程度,评价其防护措施效果,为扩建项目提供职业病防护对策和建议。方法通过职业卫生现场调查、危害因素检测等方法,采用检查表法、定性与定量分析进行综合评价。结果该扩建项目的总体布局、建筑卫生学、职业病防护设施、卫生辅助用室等方面均符合国家相关的职业卫生标准。生产过程中产生的主要职业病危害因素为粉尘、有毒物质(一氧化碳、二氧化硫、二氧化氮等)和噪声等,其检测结果除粉尘定点和噪声定点部分点位超标外(粉尘定点、噪声定点检测合格率分别为87.18%和70.21%),其它均符合职业卫生接触限值。结论该扩建项目的职业病危害控制措施是有效可行的。Objective To analyze the hazard factors and the degrees of occupational disease in the expansion project, eval- uate the effectiveness of prevention and control measures, and to provide occupational disease prevention strategies and suggestions for the expansion project. Methods Field investigation of occupational health and risk factor detection methods were used in this survey. The project was comprehensively evaluated with checklists, qualitative and quantitative analysis. Results The items of the expansion project, including the overall layout, building hygiene, occupational disease protection measures, and the facilities of auxiliary rooms accorded with the requirements of laws for occupational health. The main occupational disease hazard factors existed in the project were dust, toxic substances (carbon monoxide, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen dioxide, etc. ) and noise. Except for fixed dust and noise in some points (the qualified rates of fixed dust and noise were 87.18% and 70.21%, respectively), the other results were all qualified. Conclusions Occupational hazard control measures on the expansion project are feasi-ble and effective.
