摘　　要：首先明确了现代医院治理的内涵,并从演化的角度用集合的语言确定了现代医院治理结构、治理体制以及治理机制之间的关系,然后建立演化博弈模型,对公立医院和民营医院的治理机制的演化均衡问题作了详细的探讨,最后对研究的成果进行总结并提出了政策建议。This article has firstly cleared-cut management connotation of modem hospifals, and confirmed the relationship among management structure, management system and management mechanism in modem hospitals from evolution view with aggregative language. Then it sets up the evolution gambling model, and has made the detailed discussion to the evolution equilibrium problem of management mechanism between public hospitals and private hospitals. Finally it summarizes the research achievement and puts forward the policy proposal.
