摘　　要：[目的]对公共卫生服务均等化的提出与内涵加以阐释,在此基础上,介绍我国公共卫生服务均等化的现状及国外公共卫生服务均等化的情况,并针对我国的现状提出相应的对策。[方法]采用查阅文献法。[结果]我国公共卫生服务均等化还存在很多问题,包括卫生资源使用不合理,使用效率不高,群体之间不平等,政府职责不明确,财政投入力度不强。[结论]逐步实现基本公共卫生服务均等化已经成为我国现阶段公共服务均等化的一项重要内容,是促进我国科学发展,构建和谐社会的重要内容之一。Objective At the basic on connotation explaining of equalization in public health services, introduces the status quo of equalization in public health services in our country as well as foreign countries. It puts forward corresponding countermeasures. Methods Looks up the literatures. Results There are many problems in equalization of public health services, including irrational using of health resources, inefficient using, inequality each others, government responsibilities are not clear and financial investment dynamics is not strong. Conclusions Gradually achieves the equalization in basic public health services has been become one of the important content of public services equalization at this moment in our country as well as promoting scientific development and building harmonious society.
