摘　　要：目的了解2000-2010年中医食疗的研究现状及发展趋势,为中医食疗的进一步研究和发展提供借鉴。方法采用文献分析的方法,对中国生物医学文献数据库(CBMDisc)2000-2010年正式发表的中医食疗文献进行检索,并利用Excel软件建立数据库,对所检索文献的年度变化、地区分布、期刊分布、研究类型及内容等指标进行计量学分析。结果共检索出相关文献863篇,符合要求的共403篇,文献数量呈逐年上升趋势。论文主要来源于经济比较发达的地区,且以高等医学院校为主,发表期刊以中医药类期刊为主。中医食疗的基础实验是研究热点,但基金论文比较低(仅占7.2%)。结论亟须规范中医食疗的研究设计,提升论文质量;深化理论研究,重视基础实验;促进多学科合作研究,形成稳定的核心作者群,以利于中医食疗学的研究与发展。Objective To analyze the current status and developing trends of Chinese medicated diet during 2000--2010 in China so as to provide reference for its further research and development. Methods All literatures related to Chinese medicated diet during 2000--2010 were searched in Chinese Biological Medicine Disk（CBMDisc）,then they were sorted and analyzed using Microsoft Excel. The annual growth of the publication numbers, area and journal distribution, research categories were analyzed by bibliometrics methods. Results Totally 863 articles were searched, and 403 articles related to Chinese medicated diet were collected. The number of literature was increasing in recent years. The retrived articles were derived from periodicals of traditional Chinese medicine of medical colleges in more economically developed areas. The basic research of Chinese medicated diet is the hotspot. However,the funds-supported papers accounted only for 7.2%. Conclusion At present,it is strongly recommended that we need normative research design to improve the quality of paper, deepen theoretical research and attach importance to basic experiment,promote multidisciplinary cooperation to form stable core authors so as to facilitate the study of the Chinese medicated diet and its development.
