新形势下我国产融结合的实施路径与政策取向研究

摘　　要：产融结合随着宏观经济制度、金融制度变迁以及企业制度完善,其内涵不断丰富、调整与发展。当前形势下,我国产融结合面临新的机遇与挑战。应当紧跟不断发展变化的经济形势,努力克服产融结合的思想误区,突破产融结合障碍。适应产融结合规律的演化与变迁,选择与国情相符合的产融结合模式,探索产融结合的成长与实现路径。通过明晰政策方向,完善政策机制,促进产融有效结合。The connotation of industry and finance combination is constantly enriched, adjusted and developed with the change and improvement of macro-economic system, financial system, and business system. As industry and finance combina- tion faces new opportunities and challenges in the current situation, we should overcome the ideological misunderstanding of the combination and break through the barriers of it by closely focusing on the changing economic situation. Also it is ex- pected to adapt to the evolution and transition of the combination, choose a reasonable model of the combination according to basic national conditions, and explore a path of achieving the combination. Industry and finance combination is supposed to be implemented effectively by making a clear policy orientation and consummating policy mechanisms.
