摘　　要：目的通过专家咨询法确定静脉输液的风险环节及内容,为静脉输液管理和培训提供依据。方法 2011年6—9月选择上海市1所大学护理学院及8所3级甲等医院专家共11名,采用函询法对专家进行2轮咨询,内容包括静脉输液的风险环节及内容。结果 2轮专家咨询的应答率均为100%,专家的权威程度Cr=0.931 8,变异系数<0.5的指标占88%,最终确定的静脉输液风险环节及内容由9项1级指标和26项2级指标、66项3级指标构成。结论通过研究形成完善的静脉输液风险环节及内容,可引导临床静脉输液护理实践者及护理管理者及时发现静脉输液风险所在,有助于静脉输液的管理和静脉输液护士的培训。Objective To determine the risk factors and contents of intravenous infusion by expert consultation. Methods From June to September 2011 a total of 11 experts from one school of nursing and 8 grade A tertiary hospitals were chosen for two rounds of expert consultation by letters of inquiry, Results The response rates of two rounds of expert consultation were both 100%. The specialist authority coefficient was 0. 931 8. The inde- xes with variation coefficient below 0.5 occupied 88%. The risk factors and contents of intravenous infusion were finally determined, including 9 first-level indicators, 26 second-level indicators, and 66 third-level indica- tors. Conclusion The thorough risk factors and contents of intravenous infusion established in the present study can guide clinical intravenous infusion care practitioners and nursing managers in timely finding intravenous infusion risks, and are helpful in intravenous infusion management and nurse training.
