摘　　要：目的:通过调查新添中心卫生院药房建设和管理现况,了解其现存不足,提出改进意见,进而形成一种适合欠发达地区的乡镇卫生院药房建设和管理模式。方法:问卷调查、专题访谈和实地考察。结果:①新添中心卫生院药房建筑设计缺少防风防沙结构、中西药房未分设、通用设备不齐、规章制度不全、药品放置不规范、发放程序欠妥、人员不足、药房未实现信息化管理。②推荐模式涵盖药房硬件建设、软件建设、药品管理3个方面。结论:①新添中心卫生院药房硬件设施较差,未实现信息化管理,管理制度不健全,药剂人员不足,专业知识及整体业务素质不高。②本文只是针对新添中心卫生院现况提出的乡镇卫生院药房建设和管理的建议。Objective： To understand the construction and management of pharmacy in Xintian township hospital through on- the-spot investigation,and then to provide suggestion for the pharmacy in township hospitals of underdevelopment regions. Methods： The questionnaire, on-the-spot investigation and the focus interview were carried out. Results： The architectural design of pharmacy in Xintian township hospital lacked of structure served as windproof and sand prevention in which traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） dispensary and dispensary for western medicine were not separated, pharmacy staff, general equipment and regulations were not enough,computer-based management was not implemented, drug placing and releasing were not standard. Models we recommended should include pharmacy hardware construction, software development, and medicine management. Conclusion： The hardware conditions of pharmacy in Xintian township hospital were far from satisfaction, and computer-based management was not implemented. Pharmacy staff was not enough and lacks of professional knowledge and qualities. The study offers suggestion based on the current situation of Xintian township hospital, so the performance needs further evaluation.
