锁骨钩钢板治疗锁骨远端骨折和肩锁关节脱位

摘　　要：目的：探讨锁骨钩钢板治疗锁骨远端骨折、肩锁关节脱位的临床疗效。方法：2006年9月～2009年10月对我院40例锁骨远端骨折、肩锁关节脱位患者行锁骨钩钢板内固定治疗并观察其术后疗效，其中骨折按Neer分型，NeerⅡA12例，NeerⅡB14例；脱位按Tossy分型，Ⅲ型14例。结果：38例获得到1年以上随访，随访时间12～29个月，平均13个月。1年左右取出内固定，复查X线显示骨折均牢固愈合，无骨不连、内固定失败、异位骨化及内固定取出后再脱位或再骨折等并发症。结论：锁骨钩钢板可以很好地治疗特殊类型的锁骨远端骨折及肩锁关节脱位。Objectlve：To explore clinical effect of treating patients with lateral clavicular fracture and acromioclavicular joint dislocation by using clavicular hook plate. Methods： 40 cases of lateral clavicular fracture and acromioelavieular joint dislocation from Sep 2006 to Oct 2009 treated by using clavicular hook plate were observed postoperative curative effect in which Neer ⅡA was 12 cases, Neer ⅡB was 14 case according to Neer typing, and dislocation Ⅲ was 14 case according to Tossy typing. Results：Following up time was 12-29 months,and 38 cases was over 1 years,average 13 months. Internal fixation of 38 cases were taken out in 1 years or so in which none of cases was nonunion, fixation failure, heterotopic ossification and removed or refracture after taking out internal fixation by X-ray review. Conclusion： Clavicular hook plate can use well as the treatment for patients with lateral clavicular fracture and acromioclavicular joint dislocation.
